How many people can travel in one camper?

Great question! Our campervans and RVs vary in size. While many comfortably accommodate families of 6, we offer smaller and larger options. Please check the ‘Sleeping Capacity’ detail on each vehicle’s page to find the perfect fit for your group.

What happens if the car breaks down?

Your peace of mind is our priority. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you are covered by 24/7 roadside assistance. Simply call our dedicated emergency number, and we will coordinate help to get you back on your road to adventure as quickly as possible.

Do I need a special driving license?

For most of our standard campervans and RVs, a regular, valid driver’s license is sufficient. However, for our very largest motorhomes, a special license may be required. We will clearly notify you during the booking process if this applies to your chosen vehicle.

How do I make the payment?

We make payment secure and simple. You can complete your booking online using any major credit or debit card. All transactions are encrypted for your security. A reservation is confirmed once the payment is processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexibility for your peace of mind. Cancellations made at least 14 days before your pickup date will receive a full refund. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for specific details on cancellations made closer to the rental date.

What is included in the rental price?

Your rental includes the vehicle, unlimited mileage, standard insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. It also comes with all essential kitchen and living equipment. For a full list of what’s included, please see your rental agreement.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

We love pets! Many of our RVs are pet-friendly for an additional fee. Please inform us during booking so we can ensure you are assigned a pet-approved vehicle and provide you with our pet policy guidelines.

How does mileage work?

We believe in the freedom of the open road, which is why all our rentals include unlimited mileage. You can explore without worrying about extra fees or distance limits.
